I offer coaching and mentoring to leaders of small businesses, social enterprises, charities, creatives and the public sector. I also coach a range of staff at different levels within community businesses and organisations.

Typical areas we might work in are; project management, values-led leadership, team dynamics, organisational culture, strategy, creativity and vision, accountability, identifying skill gaps and how to fill them, identifying training needs, managing and retaining staff, creating happy, healthy, empowered and effective teams, wellbeing in the workplace, maintaining work-life balance, getting the right support with accounts, finances and identifying training needs. recovering from burnout, changing careers or preparing for a promotion or new role.

I will use a mix of established coaching models and intuition to support you.  I can support you to:
