About Me

My career has always been centred on helping people create positive change—through community projects, social and environmental initiatives, and, more recently, through supporting individual wellbeing. Working closely with people from diverse backgrounds has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges we all face, as well as the resilience and potential for growth that exists within each of us.

Over time, this work sparked a growing interest in mental health and emotional well-being, leading me to train as a therapist. I was drawn to the opportunity to work more deeply with individuals, providing a safe and supportive space where people can explore their experiences, gain greater self-understanding, and navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity.

Alongside my therapy practice, I also offer coaching as a separate service. While therapy focuses on emotional wellbeing, self-exploration, and understanding the impact of life experiences, coaching is more future-focused and supports people in identifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and creating meaningful change. Both approaches are rooted in my belief that people have the capacity to grow and thrive when given the right support.

My aim is to provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in themselves and their lives.

A Little More About Me

Outside of my work, you'll usually find me out walking, immersed in a good book, practising yoga or meditation, or seeking out a spot for a wild swim. I also love cooking and sharing food with family and friends. These simple pleasures help me stay grounded, connected, and balanced, and they play an important role in supporting my own wellbeing.

I feel privileged to accompany people through some of the most challenging, transformative, and meaningful moments in their lives, and I look forward to supporting you on your own journey

I work face-to-face in a garden cabin in Totnes, and am easily accessible from other towns and cities such as Dartington, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Ivybridge, Plymouth, Ashburton, Exeter, Bovey Tracey, Dartmoor, and other locations in the South Hams and South Devon. I also work online
