About Me

My career has always been centred on supporting people, relationships and communities to create positive change. Over the past 25 years I've worked across psychotherapy, coaching, organisational consultancy, leadership and community development, helping individuals, families, teams and organisations navigate challenge, strengthen relationships and thrive.

Working with people from diverse backgrounds has given me a deep appreciation of both the challenges we face and the resilience and potential for growth within each of us. This led me to train as a psychotherapist, where I found the opportunity to work more deeply with people, offering a compassionate, reflective space to explore life's experiences and develop greater self-understanding.

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I offer coaching and consultancy as separate services. I work with individuals, parents, couples, leaders and organisations, providing life, career, relationship and leadership coaching, as well as organisational consultancy. While psychotherapy focuses on emotional wellbeing, healing and self-understanding, coaching is more future-focused, helping people clarify goals, overcome obstacles and create meaningful change. I am also completing training in Couples and Relationship Therapy and as a mindfulness meditation teacher, reflecting my ongoing commitment to relational practice and lifelong learning.

Whatever the setting, my approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I believe that meaningful change happens through trusting relationships, curiosity and compassion, and I work alongside clients to build greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence.

I work from a beautiful handcrafted cabin nestled amongst the trees, providing a calm, private and welcoming space where many people find it easier to slow down, reflect and reconnect with themselves.

A Little More About Me

Outside of work, you'll usually find me walking, reading, practising yoga or meditation, or enjoying a wild swim. I also love cooking and sharing food with family and friends. These simple pleasures help me stay grounded and support my own wellbeing.

It is a privilege to accompany people through some of life's most challenging and transformative moments, and I look forward to supporting you on your own journey.

I work in Totnes and welcome clients from across South Devon, including Dartington, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Ivybridge, Plymouth, Ashburton, Exeter, Bovey Tracey, Dartmoor and the South Hams. I also offer online therapy and coaching.
